I had the pleasure of photographing this lovely couple last weekend, and wow, what a beautiful day it turned out to be. Jolene once mentioned to me that she didn’t consider herself as creative, but I don’t agree, she came with so many great ideas for her and Nathan’s engagement session [it was so awesome]! Our original vision involved a snowy winter photo shoot — a fun way to contrast the couple’s destination wedding in Mexico. This year’s winter didn’t allow for that, so we roamed the Walker Art center, sculpture garden, and Loring Park instead. It turned out wonderful, and we had a good time just walking around. Jolene and Nathan’s love for each is obvious and beautiful, and it reminded me of how lucky I am to be able to capture true love through a lens.
